The BioCath dual lumen catheter consists of a two-section shaft lumen. The thermo-sensitive polyurethane of the shaft permits easy handling at room temperature and adjusts to the blood vessel course at body temperature. Possible access points for the BioCath dual lumen catheter are the vena jugularis externa/interna, vena subclavia and vena femoralis.
