New catheter: MaxFlo Slim

The MaxFlo catheter and MaxFlo Slim catheter consist of two separate circular lumen for the venous and arterial blood flow. The soft tip on the venous side and the arterial hole are approximately 2 cm displaced to guarantee best blood flows and minimize recirculation.
The MaxFlo double lumen catheter with an outer diameter of 14.5 F achieves blood flows of more than 450 ml/min. The improved MaxFlo Slim with an outer diameter of 13 F achieves also blood flows which are higher than 420 ml/min.
